Service Description
The Service lets you create custom designs, preview mockups, and place print-on-demand orders. Availability, pricing, and delivery estimates may change.
User Content
- You are responsible for the content you upload or provide (including ensuring you have the rights to use it).
- You must not upload content that infringes intellectual property or violates applicable law.
Orders, Payments, and Fulfillment
- Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe).
- Orders may be fulfilled by third-party manufacturers/fulfillment providers (for example Printful for US orders).
- We may cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or operational limitations.
Refunds and Returns
Refund and return eligibility depends on the nature of print-on-demand products and applicable policies. For issues (damaged, misprinted, or not received), contact support with your order number.
