- Design content: images you upload or provide as URLs to generate mockups and print files.
- Order metadata: product options (size/color/quantity/placement), pricing totals, and order status.
- Technical logs: basic request logs (for example IP address, user agent) for security and debugging.
How We Use Information
- Generate mockups and prepare printable design files.
- Calculate pricing and create orders.
- Process payments and confirm payment status.
- Fulfill and ship orders (including providing your shipping information to the fulfillment provider).
- Provide customer support and prevent abuse.
How We Share Information
- Payment processing: Stripe (to process payments). We do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Fulfillment: Printful (to manufacture and ship US orders).
- Image hosting: we may use an image storage provider (for example Cloudinary/S3) to store uploaded designs.
- Infrastructure: hosting and database providers used to operate the service.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service (order processing, fulfillment, support) and comply with applicable legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion where applicable by contacting us.
